Public Service/Safety Committee

The Public Service Committee meets at 5:30 p.m. every January, March, May, July, September, and November on the 3rd Monday of the month at Town Hall (no December meeting). This committee covers topics such as:

• Sewer

• Streets and Sidewalks

• Storm sewers

• Other items of public interest 

• Police

• Fire

• The general safety or concerns of the village residents

Planning Commission/Board of Zoning Appeals

The Planning and Zoning Commission meets on the 4th Monday of each month at 7:00 pm at the Town Hall (no December meeting).  The purpose of the Board is to promote and uphold the public health, safety, general welfare and morals of the Village through the regulation of the use of land and of the type, size and use of structures. 

Building / Zoning permits are required for:

• New Homes and out buildings

• Fences and Decks

• Any permanent structure

Administrative Services Committee

The Administrative Services Committee meets January, March, May, July, September, and November on the 2nd Monday of the month at 5:30PM at the Town Hall.

The Administrative Services Committee meets quarterly and covers topics such as:

• Finance

• Personnel

• Insurance

• Facilities

• Audit

• Website

Tax Review Committee

The tax review committee meets in April and October on the 2nd Monday at 6:00PM at the Town Hall.

Records Commission

The Records Commission meets April and October on the 2nd Monday  at 5:00PM at the Town Hall.  This commission establishes the schedule and rules for retention and disposition of the public records of the Village.
